Status update: everything except the website works. This includes the CDN hosting our images, the database, all of the virtual machines and all of the managed web apps except the main website (such web apps include the old forum redirects and our status page).
While there is no official ETA from Azure, we believe the website should become available in the next 30-60 minutes.
Update: Site still not up, no news from the Azure team. It appears our educated guess was too hopeful
