Well, his looks and way of speaking are the very definition of a delinquent though.

"Дать лицо" [кому-то] примерно тоже что у нас "сохранить лицо", вернее даже "позволить [кому-то] сохранить лицо".
"Дай [мне] своё лицо" - предположу что это вроде "докажи [мне] свою репутацию/статус". Но думаю в зависимости от контекста можно заменить и на что-то более простое типа: "Покажика насколько ты крут", "Ща посмотрим что ты за перец" и т.п.
