Дословно её можно перевести как : "Красивая улыбка была брошена на меня.", но согласно словарю лексической сочетаемости (http://gramota.ru/slovari/dic/?word=%D1%83%D0%BB%D1%8B%D0%B1%D0%BA%D0%B0&all=x), можно только : говорить с улыбкой, вызвать на лице улыбку, улыбка осветила лицо девушки, отвечать улыбкой на приветствие, лицо расплылось в улыбке, улыбка во весь рот, расточать улыбки.
Поэтому, я хотел бы услышать мнение каждого относительно того, как мне перевести этот фрагмент текста. У меня самого уже есть кое-какие идеи, например: "Говорила/сказала с красивой улыбкой направленной на меня", но я считаю, что такой перевод слишком отошёл от текста оригинала.
